On 18th May 2008 a jazz concert "Be-bop and Beyond" took place in the NordicPub. It was given by musicians from the Cracow Jazz Academy and students of the Lunnevad Music College from Sweden taking part in the Jazz Programme.
Swedish students were organized in smaller bands playing jazz standards and modern jazz on drums, guitars, piano, saxophones and other brass instruments accompanied by singers. During the concert in the NordicPub four Swedish and one Polish groups performed and later they took part in a common jam session.
