EU - tender in Denmark

April 28, 2010, Janus Kahl, CEO in NordicHouse and leader of our Copenhagen office, Martin, took part in an information meeting with Danish Agency for Spatial and Environmental Planning at the Hilton Hotel in Kastrup Airport.

The reason for this meeting was the EU tender “Chemical laboratory analysis for the Danish Ministry of the Environment future 7 Environment Centres in the field of ground water, fresh water, sea water, waste water, fresh and marine sediment, soil, parts of plants, mussels, fish and sampling”.
 
Representatives from SGS Group, Vlady Bonamin and Nicolas Kyndt from global development team in Geneva and the CEO from the Polish laboratory, Tomasz Stuczynski, also took part in the meeting.
 
SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. The company employs 59,000 people and operates a network of more than 1,000 offices and laboratories around the world. SGS – Eko-Projekt is Poland´s largest private laboratory.
 
NordicHouse will help SGS enter the Scandinavian market, using the mentioned tender in Denmark as a stepping stone for future activities in Scandinavia. The Polish laboratory in Pszczyna will be the driving force in this process.
